All balls are magnetic so they make the incremental adding and subtracting of weight easy. Clustas are very versatile and can replace most other gym equipment. They are safer and give better control than dumbbells, medicine balls and kettlebells. Special exercises can also be done with Clustas while on a treadmill or stationary exercise bike.

The ClustaRuck is designed with 3 well placed handles for lifting in various ways as well as backpack straps for transporting. It comes with 20 Kilos (44 Lbs) worth of weights but can easily hold more. It is rigid for use as a bench for pressing ClustaBells when out on the grass at the park or on the sand at the beach.

Each small ball is ½ Kilo (1.1 Lbs) These are ideal for finger strength, wrist mobility exercises and rehab after shoulder operations (under supervision of physical therapist). As they are very light and fit easily into small hands, they are great for smaller people or for working weaker muscle groups.

Each large ball is 1 Kilo (2.2 Lbs) These are ideal for boxercise and other aerobic classes as well as a wide range of hand, wrist, arm, shoulder mobility and strength exercises. They can replace or enhance almost any dumbbell function.

One advantage of having a ClustaBell Set is that the bag is designed to be used as a kettlebell and/or medicine ball in addition to making it easier to transport the 10 Kilos (22 Lbs) of balls. The whole bag can thrown up and down or tossed around adding a social dimension to fitness training.
